Kesari Alloys Private Limited is an IBR-approved and ISO-certified alloy steel manufacturer in India. Since 1987 the group has supplied carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel forging ingots, continuous cast billets and blooms, and rolled bars to forging shops, rolling mills and engineering companies. Steel is made at our plant in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, and our corporate office is in Gurugram, Haryana.
Carbon, alloy and stainless steel forging ingots from 60 kg to 12,000 kg in square, round and fluted shapes (M1.5 to M22). Ingots are bottom poured and vacuum degassed for open die forging, ring rolling and upsetting.
Alloy steel billets and blooms from 100 x 100 mm to 250 x 250 mm squares and 200 mm rounds, in lengths up to 12 metres, for forging shops and rolling mills across Delhi NCR and India.
Hot rolled round bars from 16 to 180 mm, square bars from 20 to 90 mm and flat bars up to 250 mm wide, ultrasonically tested to ASTM standard and supplied in all carbon, alloy and stainless grades.
Our melt shop runs a 20 MT electric melting furnace, ladle refining furnace and vacuum degassing system with close casting, so liquid steel is not exposed to the atmosphere. Heat treatment uses a 6.5 metre car bottom furnace, and quality is checked with an optical emission spectrometer, ONH gas analyzer and PMI spectrometer.
We supply more than 120 steel grades (EN, SAE, AISI and other standards) across plain carbon, carbon manganese, case hardening, through hardened, spring, bearing, tool and stainless steel; see the steel grade family.
