Mr. Virendra Sharma is a seasoned steel industry professional with 26 years of rich, hands-on experience across the complete steel value chain. His journey from the shop floor to the leadership of the Quality Department reflects deep technical expertise and unwavering commitment.
Starting his career at Melting & Pit Side Casting, Mr. Sharma gained tremendous ground-level exposure to primary steelmaking operations. He later expanded his technical breadth with substantial experience in Forging, giving him a rare end-to-end understanding of steel — from liquid metal to finished components. This unique perspective enables him to anticipate application-level quality requirements with precision.
A B.Sc. graduate, he combines academic fundamentals with decades of practical knowledge. Today, as Quality Head, he leads with a philosophy of “Quality built at the source” — leveraging his shop floor roots to drive robust systems, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Being one of the oldest and most respected employees of the company, Mr. Sharma is regarded as a true asset. His mentorship, process knowledge, and problem-solving approach have been instrumental in building customer trust and upholding the company’s reputation in forging quality steel.
